PS International Enterprises, Ltd. was founded in 1990 and used as a dormant shell company.

The same year " Miami Investors International " was formed to operate as a licensed Real Estate Broker for Commercial Real Estate available in South Florida. This company was quickly recognized as a Broker for special Real Estate Investment Opportunities.

In 1992 we were authorized to act as a licensed Mortgage Broker to provide Financing for our mainly foreign clientele.

To work more closely with our clients we added a Trading Division in 1993 to offer articles or projects, which our clients wanted to place in the USA or Europe.

In 1996 all activities were merged into " PS International Enterprises, Ltd ".

To participate in the booming Asian market and to offer better service to our clients the Trading activities were transferred to Hong Kong. Real Estate and related Financing was transferred to one of our strategic partners.

Since 1997 we have pursued strategic partnerships with companies mainly in the USA, Europe and China. This has given us the advantage of being "partnered" with either a buyer or a seller.

Seeing the opportunities to be created with China's entry into WTO the office in Hong Kong was closed in 2001 and an office in Shenzhen, China was opened. The cost savings from that move, which were made available to our clients, allow them to compete better in the international market place.
